1. Sometimes The Pricing Of Some Products Is Not Updated On The Website, In Case Of
Such A Condition If A Customer Orders A Product, He/She Has To Pay The Additional
Payment To Ship Their Product.
2. In Case The Customer Wants To Come & Buy The Product Personally, Directly From
Sunny Enterprises, He/She Has To Follow The Procedure Of Ordering Online & No
Shipping Charges Applicable On Self-Pick Up. If The Customer Doesn’t Want To Pay
Digitally For The Product They Can Pay By Cash. Cheques & Card Payment Is Not
Accepted.
3. We Ensure Proper Packing With Bubble Plastic / Thermocol Packing. If A Customer
Receives A Physically Damaged Product Then The Customer Has To Provide Unboxing
Video (Starting From Packing Received From Courier) For Replacement Of The Product.
However, If The Product Is Manufacturing Defect Then Sunny Enterprises Will Replace
The Defective / Faulty Product But In Such Case, The Courier Cost Will Have To Be
Borne By The Customer. Sunny Enterprises Is Not Responsible For Warranty Replacement
Beyond The Period Of 10 Days After Receipt Of Products.
4. Liquid Damaged (Exposed To Rain/Water/Any Liquid Or Solid In Any Form),
Unauthorized Rework Done With The Product Or The Product Is Tempered, The Serial
Number Is Missing Or Tampered, Any Part Of Product Marking Is Tempered, Scratches On
Products Or Any Markings On The Product & Product Markings / Labels Lapses The
Warranty Criteria For The Product.
5. In Case Customer Material Is Misplaced By A Courier Company & Customer Didn’t
Receive The Consignment Within 30 Days, Sunny Enterprises Will Process For Refund.
